I was, fortunately, led to Dr. Brian Kobienia from being diagnosed with stage-three, grade-three breast cancer about two years ago, and it came on very fast and sudden. I'm new to the area, so I trusted the doctor that I went to initially, who directed me to Dr. Kobienia. I couldn't have been any more fortunate in all areas.
He's been above and beyond wonderful. I mean, he can and he did . . . he recreated a truly livable, body-loving art out of a devastating disease. So, I was very, very fortunate. Dr. Kobienia and his staff are, again, stellar. The kindness, the warmth, the professionalism, the promise and the hope, and the delivery of something really wonderful out of something that can be . . . it's very painful emotionally, as well as physically. Every single aspect was addressed. This is a friendship. This is a relationship, not just a medical situation.
My experience with Dr. Kobienia and his staff have been above and beyond anything I could have hoped for, actually to the point of looking forward to coming in to see him, because it's all good. No matter what has to be done, it's going to be better than okay.
And also to the point where I'm happy to be his cheerleader as well as his office's cheerleader saying, "Hey. If you need somebody to help you with this procedure or that procedure, Dr. Kobienia is above and beyond, and his team, that's where you want to go."
